Summary
As an operator at Agfa, you will work in a chemical process environment at the Mortsel site, operating in a 4-shift system (V,L,N,D) at the beginning of the production process.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the first step in the production process: combining additives into a liquid product.
2. Monitoring parameters and performing quality controls.
3. Responding to and solving problems during malfunctions. If unable to resolve, contact the maintenance team.
Experience: 1-3 years

2. Processing documents
3. Performing quality controls
4. Carrying out maintenance work
5. Working in a control room
6. Working with chemical processes
Your Offer:
* You hold a technical diploma at A2 level (electromechanics, electricity, electronics/automation, maintenance techniques, chemistry, etc.).
* Interest in and/or knowledge of chemistry is a plus.
* Preferably, you have experience as an operator in a highly automated working environment.
* You work well in a team but can also work independently.
* You work meticulously with attention to safety, quality, and order & cleanliness.
* Working in a continuous shift system, physical work, and working under reduced light conditions do not deter you.
Education:
* Professional bachelor's degree
* 7th year technical secondary education
* Technical secondary education
Our Offer:
* Fixed-term contract of 6 months (can be extended up to 4 times). During interim evaluations, your potential for a permanent contract will be assessed.
* Gross salary of €2,770.46 + shift premium (42%); annual salary increases based on evaluations and training.
