Regional Account Representative
Moët Hennessy encompasses the wines and spirits activities of the LVMH Group world leader of the luxury sector. It comprises 24 Maisons.Moët & Chandon, Krug, Veuve Clicquot, Hennessy, Dom Pérignon, Belvedere, Ruinart, Terrazas, Cloudy Bay … All of these world-renowned wine and spirit brands have become synonymous with the most prestigious origins and terroirs.
Nowadays, Moët Hennessy is present in more than 150 countries, sharing the culture of excellence, tradition, innovation and authenticity of the Maisons all around the world.
Moët Hennessy Belux wishes to integrate a Sales Account Representative for the Retail channel in Belgium.
Responsible for a specific region/sub-channel and in close relationship with the retail team but also other departments as Finance, Supply Chain, On-Trade & Marketing, the mission statement is to manage the attributed customers’ portfolio & make our brands listed & qualitatively alive instore. Be the eyes and the ears of the company on the field (RSP, promotions, competition, activations …) is key.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Sales Account Representative will be:
1. Visit the customers’ portfolio following the established coverage plan
2. Ensure the distribution of our brands
3. Implement the central agreements
4. Sell and install promotions following the promotional plan
5. Activate in a qualitative and premium way our brands on the shopfloor
6. Drive internally and externally the MH values (Elegance, Spirit of Conquest, Sharing, Epicureanism, Integrity)
7. Ensure an accurate follow-up of KPI’s on Salesforce & reportings
8. Create a strong relationship with the customers
Qualification, experience & Skills Required
Education
9. Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics
Languages
10. Fluency in Dutch, French & English

11. First experience in Sales/Mass-retail or Specialized retail/Wines & Spirits
