If you''re looking for a role where technology meets tradition in a dynamic and people oriented environment, this is your chance Job description Ensure optimal functioning of tools, systems, and networks with the Infrastructure team Handle incidents (Level 1 2) and escalate complex issues as needed Maintain up to date technical documentation Support and participate in several IT projects on group level Ensure data integrity, backup, and access management Monitor and analyze system performance Manage infrastructure access rights and diagnose malfunctions Coordinate with external experts for incident resolution Automate, document, and streamline recurring tasks Maintain an up to date IT inventory Oversee onboarding and computer renewals for employees Profile Bachelor''s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in user support Minimum 2 years of support experience, preferably in industrial IT Fluency in French and English.
