In this position as an ERP Functional Analystyou’ll take a (leading) role in the maintenance and improvement of existingsystems, developing and optimizing new tools, and managing implementation andmigration. You’re part of the ERP team and together with your colleagues you’llsupport the internal business stakeholders in different countries. Your job as an ERP FunctionalAnalyst in a nutshell: Go-Live – Implementation and Migration (60%)
1. Travel to the respective country for intake, gathering business information through interviews and data analysis.
2. Set up the system and test environments based on the collected information.
3. Configure the system according to the unit’s requirements, considering corporate procedures and local legislation.
4. Write functional design documents for customizations that do not fit standard system functionality, and hand them over to developers.
5. Prepare and execute data migration, including cleaning and preparing old systems for migration to the new system.
6. Train users in the new system, both remotely and on-site.
7. Guide the go-live, including on-site support, troubleshooting, and communication with project management.
8. Hypercare support during first month(s) of Go Live.
Build – Developing and Optimizing new tools(20%)
9. Acquire a good understanding of business requirements and processes by engaging with stakeholders and analyzing existing processes.
10. Define functional and performance-related requirements at the group level.
11. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and designs.
12. Create functional designs, interfaces, and test documents; configure and test business solutions.
13. Interact with the implementation team to answer questions and provide clarifications.
14. Support local key users by developing manuals and providing training to end-users.
15. Maintain close relationships with local key users to ensure the final solution fits their needs.
16. Keep an overview of different local implementations and guarantee consistency.
Support – Maintenance and Improvement ofexisting systems (20%)
17. Maintain and update existing ERP systems.
18. Handle change requests and provide support to local key users.
19. Resolve functional, performance, and user-related issues during the rollout of solutions, and adjust the system where necessary (fine-tuning).
20. Provide 2nd line support, based on escalated support tickets from the Support Team.
In this functionyou’ll be part of the ERP team and you’ll report to the Group ERP Manager.

The profile requirements:
21. Bachelor or Maste r (Business Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy…)
22. Strong financial background .
23. > 3 years experience as a Financial Controller, Functional Analyst, Financial Analyst, Auditor, Finance Consultant, Finance Manager … Both junior and senior candidates are considered.
24. Fluent in English (oral and written). Knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus.
25. IT-minded – Knowledge of MS Office, ERP… Ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
26. Eager to travel (+/- 25-30%).
