We are looking for an administrative assistant for a well-known international client.
Tasks and Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
* Scheduling meetings and appointments;
* Taking minutes at meetings;
* Web administration and other IT tasks;
* Update databases;
* Assist with event registrations;
* General administrative office tasks.
Profil
Education and Skill Requirements:
* Graduate in Communication, Economics and Business Management;
* Fluent in English en French or Dutch;
* Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills;
* Ability to work independently as well as teamwork;
* Computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, etc;
* Positive attitude, multi-tasker, motivated, flexible, team player.
