What You’ll Do:
At one of Europe’s largest truck assembly plants, this employer produces around 200 heavy-duty trucks daily. The mission is clear: build high-quality vehicles with passion and precision. To stay ahead, they’re investing in automation across goods receiving, warehousing, and transport. As a Logistics Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the factory of the future.
You’ll join a dynamic logistics engineering team responsible for ensuring smooth production by optimizing part availability. Your focus will be on designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions. Collaborating with IT, maintenance, and external partners, you’ll integrate advanced automation into logistics operations.Profiel- A proactive problem solver with an analytical mindset
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, diverse team
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Knowledgeable in logistics automation trends, lean manufacturing, and process optimization
- Equipped with a Master’s degree in Engineering (max 2 years experience)
- Resilient, results-driven, and eager to challenge the status quo
- Willingness for collective leaveAanbod- Permanent contract of 15 months with the goal to stay in the role/company with mentorship and managerial support
- Local and international job rotations in key business areas
- A strong professional network through training sessions and industry events
- Opportunity to travel for 3-4 weeks during the program
