Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle allocation, maintenance, and compliance, while optimizing costs related to leasing, insurance, and fuel tracking.
Policy & Data Management: Implement fleet policies, coordinate repairs, analyze usage data, and maintain accurate records to improve sustainability and efficiency.
A successful Office & Fleet Manager should have:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet management and facilities.
* Strong knowledge of fleet management and offices operations.
* Proficiency in coordinating and managing projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: fluency in English & French
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
