Your role :
As the HRBP for our function Product & Procurement, you are overlooking talent, organizational development, culture and standardization following our global roadmap and guidelines. You contribute to our HR strategy based on the needs you detect within the local organization and you make sure our vision and strategy gets implemented and adopted within the P&P community. You keep touch base with our employees understanding their needs and making sure you act upon those.
You will work closely together with the Global HRBP Product & Procurement and report to the People Director EMEA. You will deliver short and long term results together with key stakeholders in the business and you can count on the support of our experts in the Centers of Excellence.
You make sure the teams are getting advice and support on HR related matters and activities to enable them to reach their targeted outcomes.
You contribute to policy development based on an understanding of the business challenges, our HR vision and your expertise. You ensure initiatives are implemented according to plan in collaboration with the business and HR team. You lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives.
You will focus on employee experience and engagement, making sure we contribute to our overall performance and retain and develop our talent.
Your Profile
1. You are able to develop action plans for continuous improvement
2. You want to understand what success looks like within the unit assigned to you
3. You hold a master or bachelor degree or equivalent in human sciences, business management or a related field
4. You have a plus 5 years of experience in a managerial People role in a global manufacturing/logistics environment
5. You are a pragmatic problem solver with strong people & change management skills
6. You are fluent in Dutch and English and preferably French
