Job Description:
As a Technical Admin Support Member, you will assist our different departments in their daily operations.
What will be your responsibilities?
Equipment Management:
* Management of inventory
* Shipment of demo units
* Ordering materials for Sales/Tech members
Marketing Support:
* Supporting new product releases
* Shipment of materials for fairs or exhibitions
Administrative Support:
* Supporting with data input
* Other general administrative tasks
Your qualities as a Technical Admin Support employee:
* Flexible to work 100% on site.
* A first experience in an admin or operations role is preferred.
* Good administrative and organization skills.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
* Willing to lift some heavy equipment (15-30kg) from time to time.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Willing to work for temporary period on an interim basis.
