This role is essential to develop, maintain and improve direct customer contacts and relationships in line with the defined "Go to Market" philosophy. Through engaging with our customers via digital and remote sales tools out of office and working with other Sales Engineers in the team to deliver the company's ambitious growth targets, you will support customers that do not require periodic face to face contact or prefer to interact through integrated digital platforms. Focus is on selling and promoting products and services, concepts and solutions, more precisely flow control, pressure management, valves, actuators and regulators portfolio.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1. Support of an existing customer base
2. Establishing, expanding and acquiring new customers as the first point of contact for comprehensive customer support
3. Regular support and advice for technical and commercial contacts
4. Active offer tracking and project follow-up
5. Preparing customer inquiries for processing by the internal sales team
6. Monitoring and reporting of customer-specific key figures
7. Development and maintenance of networks

For This Role, You Will Need:
8. Commercial or technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
9. Proven sales / business development experiencein a commercial role
10. Affinity towards technology
11. CRM & MS Office tools
12. Proficiency in English and Dutch/ Flemish language
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
13. Matrix organization experience
14. Experience in industrial automation environment ; with a good knowledge of similar technical products (. flow control, pressure management, valves, actuators, regulators) and understanding of similar industries (. chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, life science)
