Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)
You will be responsible for an IAM (Identity and Access) business application, ensuring the evolution of the solution in line with the guidelines (Architecture, Business Continuity, security, performance, technical design guidelines). You will have to guarantee thatan accurater monitoring of the application exists and that the resulting actions are taken.
As Application owner, you will be also in charge of the problem & vulnerabilities management.
The Role
1. Establishing project specifications and technical direction for the Dev team in a sophisticated environment.
2. Crafting a framework of technical standards and procedures for the Dev team.
3. Leading all aspects of software quality and system modifications by being responsible for the quality review of the coding, test and debugging of these programs.
4. Application security & resiliency: Error handling, Restart-ability, Recovery, Backup, DR (Service Continuity), Availability.
5. Supporting application software running in production by fixing problems and making improvements (incl. problem management, root cause analysis, solution design, reducing technical debt, etc).
6. Ensure Technical Documentation is updated and Knowledge transfer is done regularly within the team.
Technical Skills
7. Minimum 5 years’ experience in crafting sophisticated IT solutions
8. Ability to challenge and craft the architecture of business applications
9. Deep technical knowledge on .NET technologies (C# and VB) and API management
10. Strong SQL skills
11. CI/CD knowledge using GIT
12. Ability to understand secured infrastructure problematic such as zone delimitations and protocols of communication and files transfers (MQ)
13. Experienced in Identification and Authentication Management (IAM)
14. Experienced on Problem Management and Production Support
15. Ability to dive into the existing code
16. Experienced in working with Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
