In order to support the sustainable and growing business opportunities of our client, we are looking for a Sales Manager who can enforce their EMEA sales team. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be: Contributing to the growth of the business at existing and new customers within given geographical regions and end markets Ensuring a long-term customer relationships for the recurrent consumables business of targets (used as coating materials), including after sales services Exploring new businesses for the newly developed technologies Using your passion for technology in order to identify the opportunities at your customers for new investment or upgrade projects Cooperating with various stakeholders (internally and externally) from the identification of the opportunity to the final successful sales closing Generating and fulfilling your portion of the business plan Succeeding in making customers chose you as their key supplier In order to qualify for this function you will need: A master degree or equivalent and at least 5 years’ experience in a technical and/or commercial B2B position A commercial attitude, combined with very good technical insight and interest to clearly understand and learn the technical aspects and benefits of the products Experience in the domain of Sputter Hardware or the vacuum industry is a plus You are a hands-on, entrepreneurial team player, working within a global sales team supported by a full technical staff Willingness to travel for ca. 50% of your time (most commonly travel during the working weeks) Very good knowledge of English.
