Our founders, former executives at Amazon and Rocket Internet, recognized that D2C brands only reach a small portion of the fragmented e-commerce market due to the complexity and inefficiencies of marketplaces. These challenges prevent D2C sellers from focusing on their core business, such as product development. To address this, we built a fully integrated software solution that empowers D2C brands to seamlessly scale across multiple marketplaces worldwide.

We're well-funded and backed by top investors and are now looking for a smart and ambitious Senior Account Manager to engage with and manage inspirational brands in MarketLeap’s portfolio across different e-commerce channels including Amazon, eBay, Bol,..ect.
About You
Experience:
* 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce or B2B SaaS.
* Proven track record in managing customer success processes, including coordination, training, performance management, joint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Demonstrated ability to build scalable solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
* Proactive and action-oriented approach to addressing customer needs.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.
* Strong data analysis skills to identify growth opportunities.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
* Curious, independent, and problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning and impact-driven work.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. New Brands Onboarding:
* Coordinate the onboarding process for new brand partners, ensuring a seamless transition.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and essential information.
* Facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies.
2. Existing Brands Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for existing brand partners, maintaining strong relationships and addressing their needs.
* Analyse performance reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
* Ensure brands adhere to contractual obligations, policies, and guidelines.
What Success Looks Like
* Effective execution of short-term and mid-term objectives.
* Fluency in English is essential, fluency in German is nice to have.
* Prior professional or managerial experience in Business Development and Operations.
* Strong analytical capabilities, leveraging tools like Excel, VBA, and SQL for data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication and positive influencing skills combined with sound business judgment.
* Ability to adapt in dynamic, high-pressure environments and manage ambiguity effectively.
