Job Description
As part of the strengthening of its Data Operations department, ING Luxembourg is seeking a trainee/alternative from January 2025 for a minimum period of 6 months.
The Data Management department's Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers.
Your Tasks:
* Ensure that customer KYC and identification data meet current regulatory standards to guarantee good data quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
* Familiarize yourself with the bank's KYC documents and tools.
* Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking, and Wholesale Banking business lines.
* Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations.
* Contribute to the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.
Your Profile:
* Education: Baccalaureate+3 or higher in Banking/Finance/Economics/Law.
* Experience in financial services is a plus.
* Languages: English and French are essential; any other language would be an advantage.
