You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process while contributing to employer branding and internal HR objectives.Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsSource, screen, and evaluate candidate profilesConduct in-person and phone interviewsAdminister assessments and coordinate background/reference checksPresent shortlisted candidates and provide hiring recommendationsOrganize and schedule interviews with hiring managersMaintain proactive follow-up throughout the recruitment lifecycleAct as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating company culture, benefits, and valuesMaintain and manage recruitment pipelines using an ATSBuild and nurture strong relationships with external partners (agencies, universities, etc.)Stay updated on organizational structure and relevant labor regulationsSecondary ResponsibilitiesSupport HR reporting and recruitment analyticsManage stakeholder expectations and feedback loopsRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or RecruitmentProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a strong assetStrong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experienced in leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms for sourcingExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities independentlyProven negotiation and decision-making skillsKnowledge of Belgian employment legislation is a plusEducation & CertificationBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
