Your Impact
We are looking for a Data Strategy & Governance Consultant with a strong will to lead data strategy & governance projects at our clients. As Data Strategy & Governance Consultant you act as an advisor & play an active role in developing & implementing Business Value Driven Data Strategy at our clients. You will help them develop a data-driven culture and translate the strategy into measurable objectives. You guide companies in the establishment of an unambiguous conceptual framework and information Data Governance model. You will have the opportunity to define governance processes tailored to the customer, and to implement them successfully.

Within Data Foundation & Strategy we help our clients in their journey of Digital Business Transformation by empowering their Data Driven strategy. As a consultant you will work in diverse sectors with the goal of implementing, coaching and guiding our portfolio of data services.
This is you
* Master's Degree in business, data analytics, informatics, engineering or computer sciences, or any other relevant degree that showcases your capabilities
* You are curious, proactive and an initiative taker & follow technological developments closely
* You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in: Data Strategy, Data Architecture, Data Modelling, Data Governance, Data Quality, Business Intelligence, Reporting & Data Warehousing, Data science
* Change facilitator for data related initiatives for both Ordina & our clients
* Develop and understand client data strategy, challenges, and translation to project goals
* Strong leadership skills
* You have excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to navigate complex data challenges & discussions.
* You have excellent project management skills
* Familiar with data management fundamentals and business process modeling
* Knowledge of SQL is a must
* Knowledge of at least one of the data management tools and technologies is a must: Collibra, Informatica, Talend, MS Purview, IBM IGC
* Knowledge of one of the following tools is a plus: Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Rshiny
* You have a good understanding of key business processes and information systems involved in the data lifecycle
* Demonstrated delivery of cross functional initiatives – preference to systems/ data-enabled / advanced analytics / process improvement
* You have good oral and written communication skills towards both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Fluency in English
* Proficiency in French or Dutch is needed
