They are looking for someone to manage client relationships and handle various projects for their growth from the Brussels office.

* You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and representing the brand to both B2C and B2B prospects and clients.
* You'll collaborate with your team to develop activities focused on brand image, customer journey, and delivering a strong brand experience.
* You'll work closely with all departments (Marketing, Logistics, etc.), sharing key information internally to support the company's growth strategy.
* You have a excellent level of Dutch and French.
* You have a technical/mechanical background or a strong interest for bikes making you already aware of the features of the bikes.
* You are a fast learner, team player, ambitious and a people person, looking forward to work, bring ideas, be part of the growth of a company!
