To support the growth of our nearshoring platform based in Casablanca, we are recruiting a recruitment specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the Belgian recruitment market. You have a solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle and are comfortable with business development.
Reporting to the Associate Director, your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing your recruitment processes from start to finish: from client briefings to extending offers to selected candidates;
* Recruiting top candidates and acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruitment cycle;
* Evaluating candidates' experience and aligning it with suitable opportunities;
* Understanding our clients' unique technical and cultural environments to ensure the best match in candidate selection;
* Sourcing candidates through research and direct outreach via social networks;
* Overseeing candidate pipeline management;
* Ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction;
* Proposing customized solutions to address your clients’ recruitment needs.
The Ideal Candidate
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a recruitment agency. You are comfortable working in an international environment, and fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
