Key responsibilities:
1. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, regarding installation, setup, operation, and maintenance of Pylontech products. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
2. Customer Communication: Interact with customers professionally and courteously, demonstrating strong communication skills to understand their requirements and address their concerns. Provide clear instructions and explanations to customers, guiding them through troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
3. Product Installation and Commissioning: Conduct on-site product installations, including mounting and connecting equipment, configuring settings, and performing initial system testing. Ensure that installations are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety guidelines and following best practices.
4. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and FAQs to educate customers and internal stakeholders on the installation, operation, and maintenance of Pylontech products. Deliver training sessions to customers and partners, both in-person and remotely, to promote product understanding and self-sufficiency.
5. Issue Resolution and Escalation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and sales, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require advanced troubleshooting or product modifications. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Keep commynication with local customers, provide feedback to the R&D team regarding product performance, reliability, and functionality, contributing to ongoing product development and enhancement efforts.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, as well as technical experience in the installation and maintenance of energy storage systems.
2. At least 1 year of experience in Technical service roles related to energy storage or renewable energy.
3. Effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are critical, as well as being able to work under pressure.
4. Applicants are expected to have a strong customer focus, technical expertise, and the ability to adapt to change.
5. Based in Madrid, Fluent English & Spanish language is required.
