Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute TikTok platform operation strategies; oversee daily operations on TikTok, including management of official accounts and the development and maintenance of relationships with KOLs/KOCs.
2. Design and implement marketing plans for products and brand campaigns on TikTok, taking full responsibility for communication outcomes on the platform.
3. Regularly track emerging trends and new features on TikTok, analyze outstanding case studies from other brands, and produce research reports. Maintain a close and collaborative relationship with the TikTok platform team on behalf of OPPO.
Job Requirements:
Experience Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing operations on TikTok, with solid knowledge of TikTok best practices, algorithms, and features.
Skill Requirements:
* Strong creative thinking and content planning abilities, with a proven track record of creating content that resonates with TikTok audiences.
* Excellent data analysis skills; ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Fluent in Spanish, and proficient in English as a working language.
