We currently have a vacancy for a Secure Document Exchange Expert (SharePoint) fluent in English and French, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.
Tasks:
* Design and implement technical measures to safeguard information, commensurate with the system requirements for Sensitive Non-Classified information handling, as established in guidelines from the client’s Security Directorate;
* Assist the Project/Service Managers and Solution Architects with the identification of technical solutions to functional or regulatory issues;
* Contribute to security investigations when required;
* Provide relevant stakeholders with expert assistance in maintaining SharePoint- and Microsoft 365-based systems to the highest security and availability standards;
* Provide expert technical assistance on SharePoint and related products or services as required: technical guidance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, monitoring.
Requirements
* University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with a minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
* Minimum 15 years’ experience in designing, planning, configuring administering and maintaining large SharePoint environments;
* Excellent experience with SharePoint document exchange security;
* Excellent experience in managing the SharePoint systems and their underlying components, including MS SQL Server databases, monitoring systems, log management systems and ancillary components (search services, authentication and user provisioning, caching services, etc.);
* Excellent experience in designing, documenting, deploying and maintaining secure solutions for document collaboration on SharePoint platforms;
* Excellent experience with Proof of Concept and prototyping of infrastructure solutions;
* At least one version of Technical certification (Information security certification is preferable, but SharePoint Administration or SharePoint Configuration certifications will also be accepted (2010 or later)) is required;
* Excellent command of the English and French language.
