Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assist in the planning and execution of events, including workshops, meetings and congress
* Place and manage orders for events related needs, including equipment, supplies, catering, and others ensuring timely delivery and quality standards mindful of budgets.
* Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
* Liaise with vendors, invitees, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
* Maintain and update event schedules, task lists.
* If required provide on-site support during events, including setup, troubleshooting, and coordination.
* Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management, etc.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or project assistance/management, or a similar role.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Experience in negotiating vendor contracts.
* Outstanding communication skills and excellent knowledge of oral and written English, Dutch or French.
* Strong knowledge in MS Office, Jotform, project management tools like ex. com.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Prepare to travel (average travels 8-10 days/year)
