Job description Your Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing existing customers and acquiring new ones in the Scandinavian markets.
* You will prospect self-storage companies and private investors interested in entering the self-storage business, either through leads provided by CSC Industries or through field visits.
* You will forward expansion projects or new self-storage site projects to our team in Houthalen, Belgium.
* You will close sales and sign delivery and/or installation contracts.

* Your persuasiveness and drive enable you to regularly acquire new customers.
* You are attentive to customer needs while maintaining a results-driven approach.

* You have an affinity for technical fields.
Profile
* You reside in Belgium. When working in Belgium, you can frequently work from your home office.
* You speak and understand English Other languages such as Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian are a plus.
* You have at least 5 years of sales experience.
* You are willing to travel 40% of your time for professional purposes to Scandinavian countries. (All hotel and restaurant costs are covered).
