We are seeking a talented individual to fill the Junior IT Data Analyst (VIE) position in our Internal Audit team, based in Limelette, Belgium.
About the role
You will report to our General Auditor and be supported by the Internal Audit Team and Global IT.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Internal Audit in its digital transformation, which includes transitioning from Power BI dashboarding to AI tools and, if you are interested, IT auditing. Additionally, you will support the HQ Controlling team in developing Power BI dashboards.
Your role and responsibilities:
* Develop PowerBI dashboards on Internal audit activity based on databases from different sources and systems.
* Investigate the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for enhancing the audit process (from the planning phase till the reporting) using AI tools without public exposure and prompt engineering (voice to text, text to text, voice to video).
* Support further enhancement and deployment of the Internal audit IT tool used for tracking the audit action plans and support the market analysis for alternative solutions (new generation audit solutions).
* Assist the HQ Controllership to develop Power BI dashboards on the basis of 'Analysis for Office' reports and Excel files (data set) prepared by the department.
* Support ITGC (IT General Computer Controls) audit material definition/formalization.
* Support IT audit and its follow-up.
About you:
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related field is required.
* Previous experience is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* You should be eager to learn and connect with people, dynamic, curious, rigorous, and detail-oriented, with an interest in IT.
* You should be proficient in data analytics, PowerBI, AI prompt engineering, and Advanced Microsoft Skills.
* English is a must, French is a plus.
