About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. This is a 360° sales role, combining inside and field sales, where you’ll take full ownership of clients. You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing inbound leads, and closing deals with CEOs, CFOs, and C-Suite stakeholders at multinational companies.
You will
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
* Visit, negotiate, and close clients in-person at their offices.
* Work with clients generating a minimum €2M+ turnover.
You are
* Ambitious, proactive, and eager to exceed targets.
* A natural hunter with 1-2 years in outbound sales.
* Interested in finance, with a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business Economics, Accountancy, or Marketing.
* A confident Dutch speaker.
Compensation & Benefits
Up to €50K in basic pay.
OTE: 12% of revenue; (top performers can double their base salary!)
