What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Day-to-Day)
* Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of partners to foster long-term business growth.
* Strategic Development: Lead the development and execution of strategies to acquire new accounts and expand within the Retail and Out-of-Home (OOH) markets, working closely with fellow Key Account Managers.
* Product Launches & Promotions: Design and implement comprehensive plans for new product launches and promotional activities to drive market engagement.
* Annual Negotiations & Growth: Manage yearly contract negotiations, with a focus on driving business growth and strengthening partnerships.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budget allocation, prepare forecasts, and collaborate on planning and logistics to ensure consistent product availability.
* Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to introduce products into new markets, enhancing overall business performance.
* Customer P&L Management: Take full ownership of customer's Profit & Loss (P&L) to ensure financial targets are met.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work on Trade and Marketing to plan and execute creative, localized events that boost brand visibility within key target markets.
