Functieomschrijving
1. Provide first line support for local users as well remote support for users in the region
2. Fulfill the daily tasks coming from management, users and external sources in the area of direct responsibility for HW/SW related topics
3. Take appropriate measures, maintenance and updates of Configuration Items to assure Business continuity and Information Security
4. Training of end-users; provision of technical support related to Infrastructure projects
5. Working closely with IT management to achieve organizational goals, support and cooperation on IT Projects, cooperation on Business related Projects in IT area, enforce IT security standards
6. IT Administrative / Technical Tasks
Profiel
7. Technical degree: IT or Computer Science
8. A couple years of experience within IT-help desk, client support, end user support, system administration,…
9. Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, advanced knowledge of Excel
10. Good level of English, written and spoken
