You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical and medical device companies, driving revenue growth, and strengthening relationships within the clinical research industry.Your ResponsibilitiesFurther establish George Clinical as a known and respected provider of contract research services in Northern and Western Europe, building a pipeline of opportunities to achieve targeted sales.Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the European market.Contribute to the regional business development plan, including country-level strategies, leveraging both regional and global research and operational leaders.Engage with external stakeholders, including conference organizers and academic groups, to enhance George Clinical’s profile and support business development initiatives.Lead and manage the sales process, from lead generation to follow-up and closure.Collaborate with George Clinical Operations and the Management Group to define and implement strategies that support business growth.About YouWe are looking for an experienced leader with the following qualifications:Higher education qualifications in a related science or healthcare discipline.At least 7 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the clinical research industry.A proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Full-Services CRO market.In-depth knowledge of the clinical research industry and a strong understanding of the Northern and Western European markets (UK, Germany, Switzerland, the Nordics, and other key countries).Strategic selling capabilities combined with a customer-centric approach.Excellent communication and networking skills, with an established client base.The ability and willingness to travel as required.Fluency in English is mandatory.Our ideal candidate will be based anywhere in Europe but must have strong business development experience in both Northern and Western Europe.
