Your Role
As a Business Support Officer, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Business Units. You coordinate operational and administrative activities to guarantee efficient organization and an optimal client experience.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Manage consultants’ schedules and adjust them based on urgencies and priorities.
* Handle the administrative follow-up of assignments: contracts, SOWs, invoicing, timesheets.
* Act as the main point of contact for consultants, freelancers, and clients on administrative matters.
* Manage databases (CVs, skills) to ensure easy access to information.
* Participate in organizing internal events and manage logistics (meetings, equipment, etc.).
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, methods, and processes.
* Support initiatives related to customer satisfaction: welcome calls, feedback handling, lead dispatching.
Your Profile
* Education or experience in administration, management, or coordination.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, service-oriented mindset, and initiative.
* Comfortable with office tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Fluent in French; knowledge of Dutch or English is a plus.
