What You’ll Be Doing
âś… Operating state-of-the-art machinery to ensure smooth production.
âś… Performing quality checks to ensure top-notch products.
âś… Carrying out basic maintenance & troubleshooting of machines.
âś… Keeping records of production performance and reporting any issues.
âś… Working closely with technicians and team leaders to improve efficiency.
âś… Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
What We’re Looking For
✔ No experience? No problem! Training is provided. If you have experience as a machine operator, production worker, or technician, that’s a plus!
âś” Technical background or interest in manufacturing, mechanics, or automation.
âś” Strong English skills (spoken & written). Dutch is a bonus, but not required.
✔ A hands-on, problem-solving mindset—you like working with machines!
âś” Ability to work in shifts (morning/evening/night, depending on the schedule).
âś” A great team player who enjoys working in a dynamic production environment.
