Job Content: The successful candidate will be a highly skilled specialist with deep product or service knowledge, who can analyze and resolve more complex technical issues and their root causes. Responsibilities: Manage Level 1 2 tickets and troubleshooting Assess and resolve more complex issues requiring greater specialization (e.g., on architectural design, scalability, efficiency, reliability) Provide solutions covering the full product portfolio Manage escalations to to Level 3 support as necessary, which may be Googles GDCH support team Proactively collect requirements and design team processes and work streams as needed to address specific temporary support program needs System design, including integration with multiple other system Identify large technical problems in existing systems and identify multiple possible solutions Develop deep understanding of platform offerings and architecture in order to advise customers on best practices and to assist customer with optimization of their cloud architecture Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert between Proximus Luxembourg and Google to resolve technical customer obstacles This may include a need to sometimes work non standard work hours or shifts.
