The future is looking for you.Currently we’re looking for an Account Manager – Fire and Security to strengthen the Service Sales team.ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibility is to advise and convince customers of the Johnson Controls products and solutions and contribute to the continuous growth of the company.· You master the Johnson Controls’ Building Efficiency value proposition to customers, by continuously optimizing the link between the customer’s operational and business objectives, needs and requirements and the Johnson Controls’ solutions.· You own and direct long-term customer relationships/partnerships and are fully responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.· You demonstrate expertise knowledge of the competitor’s business strategies, products and services and leverages that favourably to differentiate Johnson Controls from them.· You demonstrate leadership through setting technical trends and defining industry benchmarks and Introduce new approaches & best practices to differentiate Johnson Controls in the market.· You explores, qualify and close large & technically complex sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.· You create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. You ensure that new proposals and bids are compliant with Johnson Controls standards & expectations prior to customer presentation and you close the deal.· You are responsible for optimizing terms & conditions that impact Accounts Receivable (A/R) and assure full compliance with Johnson Controls’ financial standards.· Of course all steps must be documented in the applicable sales tools effectively in order to plan, leverage and report on the business growth.· As an expert in the business, you build & maintain a network of experts & industry contacts, solicit support from and communicate effectively with the broader Johnson Controls organization to promote customer satisfaction whilst respecting Johnson Controls strategies, processes and tools.Education & experience· A relevant education (technical/sales) or equivalent level based on experience.· Fluent in Dutch, French & English, both written and spoken· 5 - 7 Years of sales experience proving a well-developed sense of the customers business, their drivers, and organization; and In-depth industry and market knowledge.· Skilled and experienced in cross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization. Understands customers’ decision-making processes, buyers, and influences· Strong Contract negotiation skills· Knowledge of Fire & Security solutions is a plus.· Financial and business acumen· Knowledge of CRM for forecasting and tracking customers sales activities
