Main Mission
To provide assistance in some processes linked with Finance, Procurement and Fleet Management:
1. Data encoding
2. Approval procedure for invoices
3. General services and materials purchasing
4. Suppliers and contracts data management
5. Fleet data management and contact person for leasers and employees
6. Diverse administrative support
Profile
1. Bachelor's degree in Administration studies or equivalent experience.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative position
3. Experience working with ERP (Experience with Odoo is a plus)
4. Accounting knowledge is an advantage
5. Fluent in French and good level of English.
6. High degree of confidentiality and integrity
7. Strong analytical and organizational skills
8. Good communications skills
