The incumbent will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals by providing P&C strategic leadership and support (talent management, performance, organization, culture, etc) whilst ensuring alignment to Sanofi’s Global Business Strategy as well as the Play to Win culture.Main responsibilities:Reflect changes in local processes, procedures, and policies according to Center of Expertise guidelines.Support delivery of people & culture activities that require on-site presence or where local language requirements cannot be covered by the hubs.Talent Acquisition – Support on-site activities as required in partnership with Talent Acquisition team.Talent Management – Deliver Potential for Growth workshops to upskill People Managers. Engage in calibration talent reviews as needed to support 1st line managers.
