About the organization
Our client is an international production company active in the interior sector. They are known for their advanced technologies and high-quality materials, which allow them to play an important role in the international market.
Your new role
As a Customer Service employee, you will work in a team of 6 people and be the central point of contact for both customers and the internal departments of the company. You will manage customer files from Russian-speaking countries, from order input to delivery, and do everything possible to respect the promised delivery date. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing export documents for deliveries outside the EU. Furthermore, you will handle invoicing and other administrative tasks. You will report directly to the Customer Service manager and join a warm and dedicated team.
What do you need to be successful?
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
* Fluent knowledge of Russian, average knowledge of English or Dutch, and additional languages are a plus
* IT-minded
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented
