Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing, issuing, and tracking client invoices in a timely and precise manner.
* Liaising with lawyers and legal assistants to gather necessary billing details and resolve discrepancies.
* Monitoring outstanding payments and ensuring follow-ups on overdue accounts.
* Maintaining and updating client account records.
* Generating detailed billing reports and supporting management with financial insights.
* Ensuring compliance with all billing procedures and client requirements.
* Assisting in the enhancement of billing systems and practices to improve efficiency.
Billing Officer – About You:
* You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, law or in a related field
* A first experience is required, in a billing or similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
* You are fluent in Dutch & English
* An experience with SAP billing functions is a plus
* You can work under stress, especially for month-end closings, and you have a sharp eye for details!

* Salary: Up to 3,000€ gross/month.
