What you will be doing
* Support in defining the communication strategy and objectives for digital channels in collaboration with COM and Strategy colleagues.
* Publish content, optimise user experiences on the website, and distribute content through various channels.
* Support the team in setting up campaigns, defining goals, and creating landing pages and HubSpot workflows.
* Manage social media communication, marketing campaigns, and ambassador programmes.
* Set up and optimise tagging and tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, collaborating with external specialists.
* Monitor and analyse campaign impact, propose improvements, and create dashboards to track performance.
* Actively seek opportunities for improvement in tools, content, and processes.
* Share knowledge with the team, act as a mentor, and implement appropriate knowledge-sharing tools.
* Support the development of content strategies and creative elements to enhance the impact of digital campaigns
What you bring
* 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication, or business administration with a focus on digital marketing.
* Proven expertise in campaign management and end-to-end project management.
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and/or BigQuery.
* Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager) and content publishing via CMS platforms like Umbraco or HubSpot.
* Knowledge of SEO is a strong plus.
* Fluent in Dutch, with professional proficiency in French and English.
