You will work closely with various service teams to align and optimize documentation, tools, and processes, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a knowledge management strategy that supports our organizational objectives.
* Liaise with service teams to identify areas for improving knowledge management processes.
Desired Qualifications:
* Experience in knowledge management, particularly in ITIL environments.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
