Responsibilities :
Customer Relationship Management: Analyze technical requirements of customers and develop proposals to demonstrate how KONE products and services meet their needs.
Technical Support: Provide technical support during sales and delivery processes, ensuring project specifications are met.
Solution Planning: Define specifications, costs, and delivery timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
Project Monitoring: Organize order processes and documentation, ensuring projects adhere to planned schedules.
Compliance: Ensure proposed solutions comply with codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience in the construction or elevator industry is preferred.
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Mastery of Dutch is essential; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
