Your responsibilities?
As our Digital Partnership Advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of our relationships with top automotive brands. Your role will include:
* Partnership Development: Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with our automotive partners. You’ll be the essential link, ensuring these connections are strong and productive.
* Project Leadership: Lead digital projects from conception to completion, working closely with our Marketing, IT, Pricing, and Project Management teams to guarantee smooth execution.
* Strategic Vision: Partner with leadership to craft and implement our digital strategy, aligning actions with both partners and internal teams to deliver impactful results throughout the year.
* Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our initiatives are always relevant and cutting-edge.
* Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of reporting processes, regularly updating our headquarters in Paris on progress. You’ll also seek out opportunities to optimize our operations and enhance our performance.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a driven professional with the following qualifications:
* Educational Excellence: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and bring at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Partner Manager, or Account Manager in the automotive sector.
* Strategic Leader: You have a proven track record in developing strategic plans and conducting business reviews that drive success.
* Team Inspirer: Your leadership motivates and guides project teams to achieve their best work.
* Results-Oriented: You’re commercially savvy, resilient under pressure, and have a talent for hitting KPIs and deadlines with precision.
* Master Communicator: With top-notch negotiation skills and a history of managing international relationships, you’re a natural at connecting with diverse stakeholders.
* Detail-Driven & Structured: Your work style is organized and methodical, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
* Willing to Learn: You’re committed to continuous growth and possess a sharp analytical mind.
* Language Proficiency: You’re fluent in Dutch and French, with a strong command of English.
You feel at home in a dynamic environment where not everything is always ready-made. You can bring structure to chaos and always maintain an overview of how we optimally service and manage our (digital) partners.
You dare to jump into unknown material, you deepdive into complex files and know how to quickly master them and even improve them.
Regular and close consultation with your colleague who is responsible for the classic partnerships is essential to coordinate the strategy and approach.
