Talent Acquisition (TA) is a key business driver, directly linked to our firm’s growth ambitions. Within TA, we, the TA Innovation and Operational excellence team, play a strategic role supporting our TA colleagues to successfully navigate current market reality, engage with candidates while delivering an outstanding experience, partner up with hiring managers in finding the right fit for their team while working with future proof systems & tools.
We are looking for a new colleague to join our TOP team: a Talent Acquisition Project & Operational Excellence Specialist.
In this entry-level role you will focus on a wide range of activities, allowing you to:
1. Use your expertise and creativity to drive and optimize our Talent Acquisition operations through managing a variety of programs (e.g. Hiring Manager community engagement, TA learning journey, Internal mobility, Referrals, ...)
2. Define, design and implement initiatives and processes to ensure harmonization and optimization of the Talent Acquisition processes
3. Contribute to the definition, follow-up and roll-out of our overall TA Strategy
4. Facilitate workshops and trainings, collect best-practices within the TA operations, align on defined governance and processes
5. Interpret and visualize data insights to help steer our data-driven TA organization towards success
6. Be a trusted change agent and advisor towards internal and external stakeholders
Let's talk about you We are looking for someone with:
* An appetite for getting things done and show commitment and enthusiasm;
* Strong communication and story-telling skills, enabling you to build relationships and credibility inside and outside of our organization;
* Proven program & change management skills
* A critical mindset with the ability to identify relevant insights from data to continuously improve processes;
* Creative mindset from copywriting to developing concepts;
* A passion for talent acquisition and innovation with a future-proof mindset;
* Sound knowledge of English (Dutch and/or French are a big asset) and MS Office applications;
* A Masters degree in human resources, management, communication, business or similar experience
