You'll play a key role in analyzing RFQs and optimizing project setups, coordinating multiple bid teams in Process Automation. Develop win strategies and value propositions for opportunities. Prepare technical and commercial content, including system architectures, BOM, estimates, clarifications, and deviations. Coordinate with the supply chain and third-party suppliers. Manage proposal schedules and team responsibilities, ensuring adherence to governance procedures. Oversee risk management and support the commercial review process. Facilitate technical reviews to meet customer expectations. Support the sales team and align offer prices with value propositions. Ensure compliance with approval procedures and timely tender submissions. Provide support for customer meetings. Requirements: 0-8 years of experience in tendering eole. Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus). Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field. Project management and engineering skills is a plus. Knowledge of automation products and solutions is a plus. Understanding of commercial contracts and industry dynamics. Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
