We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Project Mechanical/Chemical/Electromechanical Engineer to join the engineering dynamic team in the field of energy transition for industrial materials management processes This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, from conceptual design and simulation to project management and stakeholder coordination.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
• Implement strategies to reduce energy consumption in industrial processes.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Working in close collaboration with the R&D teams in Process Engineering
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
• Prepare and deliver regular project reports to stakeholders..
• Conduct simulations and calculations using relevant engineering tools.
• Optimize designs for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness for industrial processes and equipment.
• Creating comprehensive technical specifications from conceptual designs
• Oversee all aspects of project initiation, including feasibility studies, permit acquisition, and tender documentation development
• Take ownership of discussions with suppliers to optimize the design of components for manufacturing.
• Lead and facilitate internal and external coordination meetings to drive effective communication and project progress
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials/chemical/mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of materials engineering principles and design methods.
• Experience with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proven ability to manage projects across the entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion
