Join Capgemini as a Senior SAP HR Payroll Consultant, and establish a long term relationship with our major customer, helping them optimizing their HR digitalizations.
Your role
As a key player in our transformation and implementation projects, you will:
* Gather customer requirements, design and validate payroll solutions & integrations and perform data validations in the payroll system.
* Set up integration for the payroll input (time and master data) which can be provided by other systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, …).
* Work together as a team to improve payroll processes of customer organizations and advising them on running payroll administration systems and monitoring them for compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Drive payroll expertise within Capgemini, collaborating with our specialists in leading HRIS solutions.
Your profile
You’re not just a payroll expert, you’re a problem solver with a sharp eye for detail. Here’s what makes you a great fit:
* Proven experience in SAP HR payroll configuration, integrations, and core HR processes across multiple industries.
* Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
* Knowledge of the Belgian legal declarations in SAP HR like ASR, DFMA and BelcoTAX.
* Hands-on experience in configuration of SAP HR Payroll Schema’s and Cycles.
* You are good with figures, you have strong analytical skills, and you are quick to connect the dots.
* Fluent in Dutch/French, and professional working proficiency in English.
