Hello! We have an international client looking for a Digital Service Desk Manager to join their team in Brussels. This is to start immediately on freelance basis for 6 - month extendable contract. You will be responsible for driving the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital solutions and IT end user support services. This role involves managing technical support teams and partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance employees experience, and provide a secure, productive and pleasant digital workplace. To be considered you must meet the following criteria Willing to work 50% in the Brussels Office and 50% remotely Fluent English (French / Dutch a plus) Strong Service Desk Management Experience Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or HDI Service Desk Manager can be beneficial EUREUREUR Daily rate will depend on your level of experience.
