Your Role
You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing organizational data to ensure its accuracy, security, and accessibility for business decision-making. Working closely with data scientists, IT teams, and business analysts, you will handle large datasets, develop and maintain database systems, and provide technical support for data-related operations.This role requires a combination of technical expertise in data management systems, analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to various stakeholders while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Your Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain data systems and procedures to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
* Perform complex data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis to identify trends and patterns.
* Create and maintain documentation for data management processes.
* Generate reports, visualizations, and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* Implement and monitor data quality control procedures, conducting regular audits.
* Ensure compliance with data security protocols and privacy regulations.
* Provide technical support for database design, development, and integration projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
* 2+ years in data management or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years in data analysis, database management, or data processing roles.
* Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, Python, R, and advanced Power Apps.
* Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
* Knowledge of data security best practices and compliance regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Preferred Skills: Advanced certification in data management or analysis and experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS).
