What you will do: The Commercial Quality specialist / GDP Responsible Person assumes responsibility for the compliance and operational aspects linked to the Quality Management Systems of the different legal entities within the BeNeLux subcluster and their respective activities. He/she will also assume the role of and related accountabilities as (back-up) GDP RP for J&J Consumer BV (NL Marketing company with license 4777 G) and GDP RP (and Designated Person) for JNTL Consumer Health (Belgium) BV (global sourcing hub with licenses 2107 H and 2107 API).
He/she will ensure that the appropriate Quality Standards and Systems are implemented and maintained for Kenvue operations in legal entities within his/her scope.
In the event JNTL Consumer Health (Belgium) BV would need to apply for a MIA, the person could preferably assume the role of QP for that entity. Additionally, the person could preferably be eligible to be the back-up for any of the roles the hiring manager assumes responsibility for (eg.
the BE Marketing company with license 168 H). Finally, the associate would be a key contributor to certain disentanglement projects whereby Kenvue establishes its own network of API suppliers and External Manufacturers, independent from J&J. The associate will also be responsible to navigate within a complex matrix environment and to lead without authority within that environment. Key Responsibilities * Responsible for the oversight of the Quality Management System of the entities within his/her scope and for optimization of quality systems and processes in alignment with the company's Principles and Quality Policy, the relevant procedures and the applicable local regulations. * Responsible in defining and implementing departmental services. * Participating in the preparation and execution of the Cluster Quality Management Review process. * Contribute, as necessary, to key Quality processes including but not limited to, Management Review, Non-conformances (deviations, investigations), CAPA management, Complaints, (mock-)recall, internal & external audits, ... * Together with the Senior manager Commercial Quality BeNeLux, act as a key partner towards the local Business Heads and Management in quality questions & issues and liaison with multiple Quality organizations to drive timely resolution of Quality related issues. * Optimize and harmonize processes and create synergies in the Subcluster * Identify opportunities to continuously improve quality; leading and supporting improvement opportunities and problem solutions; maintaining understanding and awareness of current and emerging regulations and the impact to quality and distribution practice. * Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies. * GDP RP for J&J Consumer BV (4777 G), GDP RP & Designated person for JNTL Consumer Health (Belgium) BV (2107H & 2107API).
Potentially back-up QP for J&J Consumer NV (168 H) or QP if JNTL Consumer Health (Belgium) BV would require a MIA for future projects. What we are looking for: Required Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of related experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of success in managing quality program. * Master degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Engineering or Life Sciences subject, with a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices. * Eligible to be(come) GDP RP in Belgium and the Netherlands, according to local legislative requirements. * Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Being able to work independently and result oriented. Desired Qualifications * Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of professionals. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Advanced level of Dutch and English, French preferred. * QP certification by the FAMHP in Belgium is an asset.
