Logistics Technician (M/F)
Job Description:
This role combines both technical and logistical responsibilities and offers real career growth opportunities in a company committed to continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in managing tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring their availability, maintenance, and proper functioning. You will also contribute to optimizing stock management and logistics flow, ensuring efficient tracking via an ERP system (such as Navision or equivalent).
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and load equipment and tools according to operational needs.
* Ensure that all materials are properly organized and secured in vehicles and trailers to avoid loss or damage.
* Apply handling and securing regulations to guarantee safe and compliant transport.
* Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock levels in the ERP system.
* Monitor the availability of parts and equipment to prevent stock shortages and propose timely restocking.
* Ensure optimal storage and organization of tools and spare parts.
* Perform basic technical checks and follow-up on equipment and tools (including vehicles), identify anomalies, and report maintenance needs.
* Plan and coordinate maintenance and compliance interventions with specialized partners (incl. vehicle service center).
* Monitor consumable usage and contribute to proactive management.
* Adhere to and enforce safety regulations related to handling and tool transportation.
* Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.
* Neat and well-organized, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
Required Profile:
Technical Skills:
* Experience in logistics, handling, and securing equipment and materials.
* Knowledge of ERP systems such as Navision, or similar stock management software.
* Familiarity with various manual tools and their proper use, maintenance and calibration.

* Ability to perform basic maintenance and repair tasks on equipment (vehicles, trailers) and tools.
* Understanding of safety rules related to handling and transportation.

Languages:
* English is required to work in an international environment.
* Any additional language (French, German, Portuguese, etc.) is a plus.
