CrazyGames, a fast-growing browser games platform with 35M monthly active users, is looking for a VP of Monetization (REMOTE). As our VP of Monetization you take responsibility over both our programmatic and direct advertising revenues. As a primarily advertising-driven business, growing these ad revenues is critical to our mission to build the global market-leading casual browser games platform.
Key outcomes for the role:
* Within 1 month you are familiar with our ad stack, partners, ad behavior, and processes.
* Within 3 months you have documented our ad behavior fully and found at least 3 opportunities that each improve revenue by at least 0.5%.
* Within 6 months you
o consistently identify both short-term and long-term revenue trends
o identify, specify and follow up on at least 3 major initiatives that increase the revenue by > 1% each.
o are coordinating the small team at CrazyGames working on ad monetization
* Within 12 months you source, select, and negotiate with potential partners (demand partners, ad sales consultants, technical audit consultants, ad tech providers, …). In particular, you’ve helped us find at least 3 local video demand partners that contribute 15% of revenue in their respective local markets.
