**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee and optimize IT infrastructure services on an interim basis. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in IT infrastructure management, team leadership, and financial oversight.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems while driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* IT Infrastructure Management: Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
* High Availability: Ensure high availability and business continuity through proactive monitoring and disaster recovery planning.
* Budgeting: Oversee IT infrastructure budgeting, including cost forecasting, resource allocation, and licensing.
* Vendor Relationships: Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
* Daily Operations: Supervise daily IT operations, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud environments.
* Infrastructure Roadmaps: Develop and execute infrastructure roadmaps and strategic IT projects.
* Deployment Processes: Lead infrastructure deployment processes, ensuring seamless rollouts of updates and new solutions.
* Operational Technology: Oversee infrastructure supporting operational technology (OT) applications for critical business functions.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
* Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
* Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in department leadership and managing large teams.
* C-level Reporting: Proven experience in C-level reporting and full P&L responsibility.
* Expertise: Strong expertise in IT project management and risk management.
* Certifications: ITIL certification is required; PMI, PMBOK, or Prince2 certifications are a plus.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in either French or Dutch and working knowledge of the second language.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
